In 2020 Collier Schorr began drawing from photographs she had made of the artist Nicole Eisenman. Schorr’s latest book COSMOS brings together these portraits, becoming a meditation on the ways in which drawings can allow the porous worlds of queer culture to operate much more closely than those of photography or painting.
